Updates: Locking Crates and Per-file Purchasing

Just wanted to give everyone a little update on features and bug fixes.
- For files that are over their bandwidth cap, you can now opt to pay a nominal amount to download the file anyways. Prices start at $0.25. Here’s an example link: http://lts.cr/BfsH
- You can now lock crates.
